The QAlert ™ Mobile application for the iPad offers a professional solution for government personnel to efficiently manage citizen service requests in the field, streamlining workflows by reducing paperwork and manual data entry, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and expediting response times.

This application functions as an extension of the QAlert Citizen Request Management software developed by QScend Technologies. It is utilized by local and county governments to effectively track, manage, and resolve issues raised by community members. The app requires a direct connection to an existing QAlert installation.

With QAlert Mobile and 3/4G connectivity, field staff can review requester information and geographic details, add comments and record actions via typing or voice input (notably on the New iPad), attach photographs, and send updates directly to citizens. These features facilitate transparent and prompt communication with the public.

Additionally, responders can leverage the map’s distance search feature to locate similar service requests in proximity, enabling swift and targeted responses to related issues. All request data and mapping information synchronize in real-time between QAlert Mobile and the central database, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across platforms.
